Charlotte Ghose has a background in creating and publishing children’s picture books, holding a degree in English Literature and a masters from the University of Edinburgh. With an eye for detail and a love of literature, she’s passionate about bringing your book to life and being part of your journey from the moment you start working with us to the final publication!

Emma Brand worked in the Library Sector for over 18 years. She trained and became a certified Proofreader in 2022, and built a small business, e.l proofreading in late 2024.

Fiona Myles is a writing guide, helping you through the writing process with patience and kindness.
She has many years of writing experience over different genres. Fiona says: Writing is my thing. Dachshunds are my thing. I'm married to Brian with one child who we fondly call The Tornado.
Fiona also narrates audiobooks and is currently learning how to master Facebook and Amazon Ads for our author clients.

George Whitley is an Audiobook Editor carving out his path in the publications industry with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for elevating every project. New to the industry but already known for his warm communication style, he thrives on working closely with clients to bring their stories to life in the most polished and engaging way possible.
When he’s not in the editing suite, George can often be found playing bass guitar - a craft he’s honed for over 21 years - experimenting with 35mm film photography, or helping run business and networking events alongside his mum.

Jennifer Parker is a Manchester-based business owner and Executive Virtual Assistant with more than ten years of experience in administration, project management, and high-level executive support. With a strong reputation as a trusted and dependable Executive Assistant, she now supports self-employed professionals and entrepreneurs, helping them streamline operations, stay organised, and focus on what truly drives their success.
With her excellent organisational skills, and meticulous attention to detail, Jen has recently become a PM at Jo Wildsmith Publishing, too.

Marie is an established merchandising professional and co-owner of MSC Branding.
Marie is head of Linea, our direct sales and warehousing service, and Linea+, where authors can sell branded products to promote their books.
She and Jo together also run POD123, enabling people to open their own unique merch store without any capital for stock or having to invest in machinery.

Shelley is a multi-genre author of over twenty books and a writing mentor for new writers. She has published non-fiction self-help/personal development, meditation books for children, planners, romance, historical fiction, and young adult fantasy/supernatural. She uses her many years of writing, publishing, and marketing experience to guide new authors from that initial idea through to getting it down on paper and beyond. Shelley hosts a podcast on YouTube from the back of her VW camper called The Campervan Writer Show, where she shares her top tips for writing. When she’s not writing, mentoring, recording, or speaking at events, you’ll find her travelling around the UK in her camper researching stories.

Simon Clements is a brand and creative designer, with over 20 years in the industry, with his clients ranging from solo business owners through to international companies. With his passion, knowledge, strategic thinking and creative application, Simon helps develop assets that attract, connect and create impact. Developing book covers to bring the written words to life, is one of Simons favourite projects to work on and he is honoured to work with the great team at JWP and the many fantastic clients.

Suzanne Ulph, The Book Consultant, is the founder of The Curious Wolf and The Curious Wolf Collective.
