When do I get access?

Immediately. When you join Chapter 9 you'll receive access to your Member Portal. You can choose Full Access and open the complete 40-week programme immediately, or Follow Along and have the programme released week by week.

With the Follow Along option, you will receive Week 1 immediately, and the rest of the programme will arrive 7 days later, one at a time, for the next 39 weeks.

Why is a longer-term launch plan necessary?

There are a number of reasons, including more sales, far wider reach, stability, ever-increasing visibility, building your fan base, becoming known… but also times are changing. No longer is it viable to orchestrate a glut of sales on a given day to guarantee and Amazon Best Seller. Marketplaces such as Amazon are now favouring books that show a sustained sales pattern.

And we really don't want Amazon to be the be-all-and-end-all for your book. Your book can go so much further!

If your launch is closer, your book is already out, you're relaunching, or there's something you need now, FULL ACCESS lets you go straight to it.

What do I do if I need help?

We have an Office Hours WhatsApp Group that is (wo)manned by Jo every Wednesday. You will receive the link when you join Chapter 9, and there is a QR code that will take you there in every lesson within the Portal.
